Design engineering

- Engineering for product or for process improvement (Production information with the same die, scrap reduction due to stoppages with unnecessary adjustments).

- Our technology allows us to reverse engineer or start from an existing model, if there is no documentation. We have Arm Faro, CMM and 3D Scaner to carry out modeling with precision datums.

- We deliver all development engineering in .STEP or .IGES as required.


Die Engineering

- Our philosophy based on continuous improvement allows us to provide customer feedback in areas of opportunity.

- We help them calculate the payback on their consumables (Endmill, Punches, Dies, Blades) All wear-resistant with the redesign and improvement in high-performance ferrous materials (Powdered Steel, Tugsten and High-caliber Coating)
